School Uniforms

Some sources I could ask questions about this decision would be the School Board as a whole, the individual person who initially proposed the idea, the principals of the schools affected by this decision, the students affected by this decision, and other districts, to see why or why not they would also consider making this decision.
Questions:

  1. Why did you propose this idea?
  2. How will you respond to the students protesting against this rule?
  3. Was there an event in the past that is causing you to enforce this new rule?
  4. If you can, could you please let us know what the ending voting percentages were?
  5. Was there anyone on the Board that was particularly against the idea?
  6. Do you have a child that is affected by this decision? If so, how do you feel they will react to this decision?
  7. What was the design choice you made when deciding what the uniforms would look like?
  8. Do the uniforms represent anything?
  9. How do you feel about the School Board's decision?
  10. Do you think your district will ever bring up this topic in the School Board? Why or why not?
  11. How do you, as a student, feel about this change in your attire?
  12. Do you feel as if the School Board was justified in their decision? Why or why not?
  13. What punishments will be enforced if students do not wear their uniforms?
  14. Will these uniforms be free for students, or will students need to pay for these uniforms? If they need to pay. how do you think students will feel about this?
  15. If students need to pay, how will you deal with families too poor to pay for these uniforms?
  16. What was the earlier dress code of this school? Did you agree with it, or not?
  17. How will you deliver uniforms to students?
  18. What will happen to students who wear the uniform pertaining to the other gender?
  19. How early will this new rule be enforced? What is the official date that you plan for this to be released?
  20. Would the School Board be willing to listen to the opinions of the students who are against this new rule?
